What is the difference between a laundered and dry clean shirt?

Laundered shirts are primarily 100% cotton and free of oil stains. They are washed using biodegradable detergents and finished on a standard press. Dry Clean shirts may be 100% cotton but require a specialized solvent to treat extra soiled collars and stains that do not come out in the standard wash process. Also, shirts that are comprised of synthetic material require to be finished by hand to ensure the integrity of the fabric.

Do you offer repairs and alteration service aside from dry and wet cleaning?

Yes! We have a skilled seamstress that is able to handle from the simplest of tasks of attending to a lose button to the more complex - perfecting the fitting of an existing suit jacket.

How does payment work?

For our corporate partners we accept credit cards and checks. For our clients we also accept major credit cards but prefer email money transfers that ensure your privacy.

Do you guarantee 2 day turnaround?

We do our best to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely manner. However, we also need to ensure that we properly treat stains, repair items and press your clothes to a high standard. In most cases, orders are delivered back within two business days, but if other items of you order require more attention we will notify you with a note accordingly. Items such as bedding, delicate sequin, furs, leathers, specialty trims, down coats, or items that are heavily soiled and require sophisticated cleaning procedures often require extra time to service.
